Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on region and order type.

I aim to ship all orders within 2 business days but please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Please refer to individual items when ordering as some prints may have slightly longer processing times.

Delivery times will depend on Royal Mail’s current service times and the arrival destination.

I offer standard processing and shipping fees but please do get in touch if you’d like to discuss other options such as next day delivery or if your order is a gift.

Please note: customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs or handling fees from orders.

I aim to keep my packaging as eco-friendly as possible and typically use compostable or recyclable packaging so please check to see the labelling to see how best to dispose of it. I may also use recycled packaging to help reduce waste.

Note: Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland at this time due to the new General Product Safety Regulation.

Returns

Returns are available within 14 days of purchase.

If you have an issue with a lost or damaged item, please see information below.

Please note the following conditions of our return and refund policy

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use or damage

  • Specific sale items or commissions will be excluded from the returns policy

  • Due to health and safety, earrings will be excluded from the returns policy

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps

  1. Send a message via the contact form stating your name and order number

  2. Confirm which item/s you’d like to return

  3. I will confirm the return postage address

Additional Information

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping and its cost - it is advisable to have tracked delivery so you can be sure that the item will arrive back with me

  • Refunds will be on the cost of the item as paid, and not on the delivery cost

  • If your item has been lost or damaged, please see information below

Lost or damaged items

  • In the event of a lost item, please get in touch so we can discuss potential delivery timescales and follow up on where the item may be

  • If you receive a damaged parcel and item, please complete the following steps
    1. Take a couple of photos of the damaged packaging and item when it arrives
    2. Get in touch with details of the damage and send over the photos
    3. We will discuss putting the order right to make sure you get your item as it should be!
